KB User's Guide - Introduction to the TinyMCE Editor

This document will serve as a landing page for help and support information on the new WYSIWYG editor for the KB, TinyMCE.

The KB has fully transitioned to TinyMCE for WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editing. For information on why we moved to TinyMCE, please see TinyMCE Editor Transition - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

You can also access documentation directly within the new editor via the Help menu in the editor menu bar. Some of this documentation will point to the TinyMCE website, and some will point to the KB User's Guide.
