This document details UW-Green Bay's refund policy for print job errors.
Print jobs are eligible for refunds when the following occurs:
1. A print job is damaged or destroyed by a printer jam
2. A print job is lost due to a printing network malfunction
3. A print job is damaged due to the fault of the printer: lack of ink, ripped paper, etc.
***NOTE: Print job refunds are not available for misprints, accidental prints, or ink mistakes (color vs black and white). Speak to a GAC Lab Consultant for more information or help.***
