Alemba - Logging a Call through the Self Service Portal

This document details the process of logging a call through the Alemba Self Service Portal.

1. Log into the Alemba Self Service Portal using your UW-Green Bay email and password at the Alemba Self Service Portal.

2. Select the Log an IT Call icon (the large question mark).

3. The Log a Call fillable form will appear like the screenshot below. Fill it out with a detailed description of your issue/request. Include the computer name, any error messages, or tasks you need completed. Select Submit when you are done to send your Call to the GBIT Service Desk.
