Problems Printing PDF files from within Internet Explorer to a Ricoh MFD

This document details how to solve the issue of PDF Files from Internet Explorer not printing to a Ricoh Device.

***NOTE: When printing PDF files through Internet Explorer rather than directly through Acrobat, the job code for the Ricoh printers does not pass through.***

***NOTE: Ricoh print codes are not passed through to the printer when a PDF is called from within a web browser, resulting in nothing being printing on the Ricoh device in both Windows and Mac OS's. Opening the PDF in Acrobat Reader directly will allow the codes to pass through to the printer. This is an older issue and may be resolved going forward.***

1. Navigate to Acrobat Reader.

2. Do the following:

        1. Select the "Edit" tab.

        2. Select "Preferences."
