Saving Emails From Outlook 2013 Desktop Client
There are two main methods of saving emails from the Microsoft Outlook 2013 desktop client. NOTE: This is not the same as the Outlook Web Access (OWA-online email access through the UWGB website) and the steps are not transferable.
Method 1: Drag and Drop
- Open the folder where you would like to save your emails. It is recommended that you create folders to organize your emails before saving them.
- Either drag individual emails from a folder in Outlook or click on the first email, scroll to the last email, and hit Shift+Left Click to highlight multiple emails. To highlight multiple specific emails, hold CTRL and left-click the specific emails.
- If you selected multiple emails, drag the highlighted set over to the folder you wish to save them in.
- They should now be saved.
