This document provides frequently asked questions for ATS.
Where are you located?
The ATS offices are located in IS 1010 between the Garden Cafe and Environmental Sciences. We are across the hall from the Help Desk near the General Access Computer Lab.

When are you open?
Our office is open 7:45 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Thursday and from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM on Friday during semester periods. Contact us if you have questions about special hours / availability.
Do you have any trainings on ____ available?
Yes! If you would like to use software or media solutions that we support here on campus and would like more information, contact us to set up one-on-one training or a larger group session. Also check our Training page for trainings already being offered.
