Office - How to Switch Accounts in Office

This document outlines how to ensure you're signed into Office using your UWGB account.

Open the application you would like to use.  It's easiest to use Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.

1. In the upper right hand corner, select your name.
Click name

2. Select Switch Account.
Switch account

3. Select Add Account.
Add account

4. Type in your full UWGB email address.

5. After typing your email address, you will be taken to our UWGB sign in page.  Please enter your password.
Enter password

Once you have entered your password, you should be signed in to your UWGB account.  This should only need to be done once; your sign in credentials will carry over to other applications.
