Saving PowerPoint to PDF without Using Print Feature
This article outlines how to save a PowerPoint as a PDF that has six slides on each page without using Print. This is handy for users with print spooler issues.
1. Go to File > Save As.
2. Create or confirm your title and change the file type to PDF.
When the following window appears, select Options.
From within options, choose what to Publish and the number of slides per page. If the option is grayed out as it is below, change the Publish what to Handouts instead of slides.
Select OK and then Save. Wait for the file to load.
