Kaltura Capture (Known Issue) - "We are unable to connect right now, please check your network and try again later"

Users attempting to upload Kaltura Capture videos may encounter the following error during the upload: "We are unable to connect right now, please check your network and try again later." The error can usually be resolved by signing out of the Kaltura Capture application and signing in again.
