MyUW System Portal - UW-Green Bay Users

Your portal homepage has been updated to provide easier access to the tools that help make your job easier. This document outlines how to get the most benefit from your new MyUW System Portal.

You can select this link to navigate to your MyUW System Portal.

Log in with your UW-Green Bay credentials.

When first loading into MyUW, this is what your portal will look like:

Default Tiles

MyUW sets default content on your home page that may be useful to you based on your campus affiliation and employee roles. These are the default tiles present for all UW-Green Bay users:

  • Benefit Information

  • Campus Calendar
  • Campus Resources
  • Data
  • Finance & Purchasing

My Bookmarks Tile

The My Bookmarks Tile can be used to save a website's link for easier access. This is a great tool to save any additional links that you need. For more information on how to use the My Bookmarks Tile, navigate to this KB: MyUW - Using the Bookmarks Module

Navigating and Searching the MyUW System Portal

Select the three lines at the top left of your portal home page to view the menu depicted below.

Selecting "Change tile size" will condense your tiles and change the look of the portal. You can reverse this change at any time by selecting "Change tile size" again.

The search bar can be used to find any default tiles that are not present in your portal. Select the search bar at the top of your portal home page and enter in the name of the tile you are searching for.

You can remove tiles from your portal home page at any time by selecting the three dots at the upper right hand corner of the tile and selecting "Remove from home."

You can also add additional tiles at by selecting the "Add to home" tile at the bottom of your portal.

You will be navigated to this page, where you can add any additional tile to your portal home page that you would like by selecting the "Add to home" button on the right hand side of the page.

You can move the tiles on your portal home page at any time by dragging and dropping them.

Adding MyUW Portal Shortcut to Phone Home Screen

For easier access to the MyUW Portal, you can add a shortcut to your phone home screen.
