Reslife - Issues Logging in to change/reset Door Pin
1. When the login screen is displaying "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again (make sure you are not including @uwgb.edu in your username)," you will not be able to login even if you're entering a correct password.
2. Clearing cache will not be able to fix the issue. To fix this, close the window and open a new window with the site's original URL: https://sis.uwgb.edu/reslife/pin/
***NOTE: Just reloading/refreshing the page won't work.***
***NOTE: The URL may also look like "https://sis.uwgb.edu/ResLife/PIN/default.aspx" depending on the browser, which is fine.***
3. Close out of the window, open a new window, use the link again, make sure the page and URL look like the following:
4. You will now be able to login as long as the page doesn't have the red text error message and there is nothing after either "pin/" or "/default.aspx" in the URL.
***NOTE: correct passwords will still fail if the "https://sis.uwgb.edu/ResLife/PIN/default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fResLife%2fPIN%2fdefault.aspx&loginfailure=1" is still in the URL***
