Printing from PaperCut

1. Make sure your device is connected to the eduroam network - this process will NOT work unless you are connected to eduroam 

2. Open the Google Play Store and search "Mobility Print"

The Mobility Print app is is a green arrow pointed towards the top right corner of the icon.

3. Double check the Mobility Print app you selected says "PaperCut Software" and click Install

"Install" is under the app name.

4. Open the Mobility Print app and allow it to send you notifications - this is required for the app to work

The notification for allowing notifications is at the bottom of the screen, and "Allow" is the top option.

5. Click "Tap here and check the Mobility Print Service is on"

        a. Verify the Mobility Print option is on

Under "Print servies", the Mobility Print option is at the top.

6. Open the document you want to print and click "Print"

7. Select a Printer on Papercut-1 and click "Print"

The list of printers will appear at the top of the screen. Options like color or black and white will appear.

8. On the "Use Mobility Print" pop up, select "OK"

The pop up will appear at the bottom of the screen. "OK" is the option on the right.

9. After selecting "OK", you will get a notification that says "Your job needs authentication"

        a. Click on the notification and enter your UWGB username (without @uwgb.edu) and password - then, select "Sign In and Print"

The Username text field is on top of the Password text field in the center of the screen. The "Sign In and Print" button is under these.

10. After selecting "Sign In and Print", you will receive another notification that says "Print Job submitted successfully"

11. Swipe your UWGB Student ID at one the Student Printer Locations, and the print job you just created should be there to release
