This document details what to do if Microsoft Office purchased through WISC website is not accepting licensing code.
Make certain there is not a trial version of Office installed on the machine before installing the version received through WISC.
The key provided by WISC will not work on the trial version installed.
If there is no trial version installed and the person has already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, WISC will need to be contacted for further support.
