Outlook - Cannot Move Items
1. Locate the PST file and check if you have full control permission under the security tab.
2. Locate the following registry key:
3. If the value is 1, change it to 0 and data could then be added to the PST file.
4. If you cannot find the key under the path above, search "HKCU" for the word "pstdisablegrow" and change the value to 0. This will allow you to archive your information, and the process should be complete.
