How to add a network printer in Windows 10

This document outlines how to add a network printer on a Windows 10 machine.

Related KBs:

1. Click the Cortana search bar.

2. Type in the following based on your location:
 Location  Type
 Green Bay Campus
 Manitowoc Campus
 Marinette Campus
 Sheboygan Campus

3. Press "Enter."

4. A window will pop up with the available printers on that campus.  Find your printer and double click it to install.  All network printers should have a label on them with the printer queue name. 

Note: Ricoh printers require a user code to print.  To enter a user code, use this KB for Windows 10 and this KB for Macs.
