Duo - Apple Watch Calendar Out of Sync after Duo Authentication

Authenticating using Duo for email and calendar on an iPhone may cause the calendar complication on the Apple Watch to be out of sync. Below are the instructions for fixing this issue.

  1. Re-authenticate your campus email account when prompted on your iPhone
  2. Open Watch app on iPhone
  3. Tap General
  4. Tap Reset
  5. Tap Reset Sync Data
There will not be any visual cue to note that anything happened, but it should fix calendar sync issues on the Apple Watch within a few seconds.
