Deleting Notes from a PowerPoint 2010 Document.

An easy way to remove all notes from a PowerPoint document.

   1. Click on the File tab
   2. Go to Info page.
   3. Expand out the Check for Issues dropdown menu and select Inspect Document.
   4. Make sure Presentation Notes is selected (everything else can be unchecked) and click Inspect.
   5. If the document contains notes, a window with a button labeled Remove All should apear. Click Remove All and all notes should be removed.
