SmartArt Not Displayed in Converted PDF
SmartArt may not always display in a PDF document converted from Word.
If a converted PDF does not display SmartArt images, check that the following setting in Word in turned on:
From Word's main menu:
1. Select "Options" form the File tab.
2. Select "Display" from the Options tab.
3. Within the Printing Options section make certain that "Print drawings created in Word" is checked. (See image below)
