Impero Instructional Software

This document discusses Impero; software used in UWGB's Instructional labs to manage student computers.

CIT has licensed Impero instructional software for all computer classrooms in the IS General Access lab, the Writing labs, the Social Science lab, the Computer Science lab, and Wood Hall computer lab.

Instructors can use Impero to:

monitor student screens, project the instructor's monitor or another student screen to all students, receive questions from students via Impero chat, and instructors also have the capability to blank all screens, disable mice and keyboards, or block applications to ensure that students aren't distracted.

For more information, go to https://www.imperosoftware.com/support/

If you would like a demonstration of Impero, please contact Pat Theyerl at 465-5015.
