YouTube videos to Auto-play in PowerPoint 2016

Need a YouTube video to auto-play on a slide? Follow these steps to add a just a bit MORE code to the embed code already supplied.

(1) From YouTube, select "Share" for your video.

(2) Click on the embed link and then (3) copy the embed code.

(4) Go to your PowerPoint, add a content slide and click on the Insert Video symbol.

(5) Select "From a Video Embed Code and paste the embed code you previously copied from www.youtube.com.

(6) Place your cursor inside the code and add ?autoplay=1 to the embed code. Then click on the "insert" arrow to insert into PowerPoint.

NOTE: Be sure to stay inside of the url's quotation mark. The entire embed string will look similar to this:

(7) Size the video. Save the PowerPoint. In the "Show" mode, you will not have to click on a 'play' button -- the video with auto-play.
