Empty Deleted Items

1. To complete this task, do the following:

        1. Select the "Home" tab.

        2. Right-click on "Deleted Items."

        3. Select "Empty Folder."

Empty Junk Mail

1. To complete this task, do the following:

        1. Select the "Home" tab.

        2. Right-click on "Junk Email."

        3. Select "Empty Folder."

Delete Attachments

1. When you first open Outlook:

        1. Select "By Categories."

        2. Select "Attachments."

2. When you find the email you want to remove an attachment from:

        1. Open the email with an attachment. Then, select the drop down arrow on the attachment.

        2. Select "Remove Attatchment."

To Save the Document That is Being Deleted

1. First, sort the emails by their attachments. Then, select "Attachments."

2. When you find the email you want to remove the attachment from:

        1. Open an email with an attachment. Select the drop down arrow on the attachment.

        2. Select "Save As" and save to the computer.

        3. Select "Remove Attachment."

Delete by Size

1. When you first open Outlook:

        1. Sort the emails by their size, then select "By Attatchments."

        2. Select "Size."

2. Delete emails that are no longer of any use.
