This document details the size limits for UW-Green Bay emails and the maximum number of recipients.

The maximum number of recipients is 249.
These are the email size restrictions:

25 MB external email to an internal email.

25 MB internal email to an external email.

50 MB, in theory, from internal email to another internal email.

Don't expect 50 MB all the time. If an email between 25 MB and 50 MB isn't sending, use OneDrive to share attachment/email.
***NOTE: Please keep in mind external email hosts may have their own email size limits lower than ours.***
